We are all lifelong learners and constantly seek sources to satiate our knowledge cravings. At Upcaliber, we are a bunch of individual Seekers who have experienced the benefits of being mentored at various stages in our lives. While the content is in abundance for all of us, the right connections are rare. Once those crucial pairings are established, we move from strength to strength. The beautiful combination of an ideal mentor strengthened with the power of custom-designed Quests is what we need. This curated approach of having a Wizard (subject matter expert) working in tandem with the Seeker led us to design our AI platform. The Upcaliber AI platform has two important components. First is an AI powered product that codifies cognitive functioning and delivers a customized learning path to suit the Seeker’s demands using specific Quests. Second is the Wizard – who, drawing from their experience, designs the learning pattern in discussion with the Seeker to achieve the desired outcome. Timely one-on-one interactions with the Wizard and specific tools designed to track progress keeps course-correcting the Seeker. The integrated AI framework acts as a digital twin of the Wizard and they work together like a team. In short, the outcome of an integrated AI and an ideal Wizard is a successful Seeker. We truly believe that team work makes the dream work.
