UPCUE (former botconnect) was a Conversational AI startup founded by Alexander Franke in 2017 and operated till 2019 with early customers like AXA, Innogy and others. The company was funded by Business Angels and EU Tech Funding. The Sales assistant supported sales and service representatives individually prior or during every customer interaction to perform a successful sales conversation. Our first users loved the simplicity of the human-like interface along with fast access everywhere.
