UPCYCLED by Fuze Ecoteer is a Malaysian company with a single vision: Build a circular recycling economy by reducing solid waste. Malaysians generate 30,000 tons of solid waste per day, much of which is plastic. That's the equivalent of 500,000 Malaysian trash roller bins and over three and a half times the volume of Zhongshan building. The plastic we use takes centuries to decompose. Now imagine if it continues to pile up every day, accumulating in landfills, our oceans, and our homes. There are no shortcuts in protecting our environment and communities. Every effort counts. Since UPCYCLED's establishment in 2020, we've made strides towards our goal of empowering local communities to take action against environmental degradation. Using the waste material collected from our river and beach cleanups, we work in partnership with vulnerable groups to create high quality upcycled products, providing job opportunities and upskilling programmes that benefit both people and the environment.
