Upekkha Foundation is a youth-driven social impact organization that actively operates in Pune. Our work focuses on two primary verticals: Community Service Drives- We organize and lead on-ground initiatives such as food distribution programs, blood donation drives, and NGO collaborations on a consistent basis. These drives are designed not just to serve the underserved, but also to provide youth with a channel to give back with intention and awareness. Education Development Programs- We run focused educational interventions for underprivileged students—offering academic support, mindset training, and structured learning experiences that empower them for long-term success. In addition to our core programs, Upekkha offers a unique platform for students to gain real-world, industry-relevant experience. Volunteers take on part-time roles across various departments such as marketing, outreach, R&D, and operations. From securing sponsorships to running campaigns, our team members grow personally and professionally while contributing to a larger cause.
