Upfarming is een onafhankelijke non-profitorganisatie die de transitie naar een regeneratief voedselsysteem versnelt.
Wij zijn wetenschappers, boeren, ontwerpers en veranderaars. Onze wortels liggen diep in CO₂L Farming—een toonaangevend netwerk van de meest vooruitstrevende regeneratieve praktijkmensen en adviseurs van Nederland.
Na meer dan een halve eeuw voorop te hebben gelopen in landbouwinnovatie, staat Nederland voor grote uitdagingen. Maar juist deze uitdagingen bieden een kans om een grote sprong voorwaarts te maken. Dit is hét moment om voedselsystemen te bouwen op basis van diepgaande samenwerking met de intelligente processen van de natuur.
Upfarming versnelt deze transitie met diverse initiatieven: van het ontwikkelen van kennis en tools voor boeren tot het opleiden van de volgende generatie adviseurs. Van het verkennen van alternatieve toekomsten met tot het adviseren over toekomstbestendig beleid.

We are scientists, farmers, designers, and changemakers. Our roots run deep in CO₂L Farming—a pioneering network of the Netherlands’ most advanced regenerative practitioners and advisors.
After leading agricultural progress for over half a century, the Netherlands faces urgent challenges—yet these challenges present a great opportunity to leap forward into the future of farming. The time is now to build food systems based on deep collaboration with nature’s intelligent processes.
Upfarming catalyses the shift through a broad range of initiatives: from developing knowledge and tools for farmers to training the next generation of advisors. From envisioning alternative futures with stakeholders, to advising on future friendly policy making.
