Upgrade Yourself was born after completing a program in Systemic Coaching at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Once materialized and complemented with additional certifications, I am dedicated to offer specialized services in the following areas: · Personal Coaching: This includes a certain amount of sessions, which will be defined in our first meeting after establishing a specif demand. We will follow a systemic coaching approach in order for you to achieve your needs or goals. · Coaching & Mentoring for Immigrants: Accompaniment and advisory to immigrants recently arrived to Spain who seek to integrate into a new community during their adaptation process. This includes advice on Immigration procedures in the case of Barcelona residents, plus networking on and off-line channels. · Professional & Vocational Mentoring: Accompaniment, mentoring and vocational advisory for searching students or career changers, including 1 pack of guidelines to boost social profiles, networking and job-search related material to land a job that matches your skills. · Wingwave® Coaching: Stress management sessions to reduce stress through the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) technique, developed in Germany from EMDR theraphy. This method meets the ICF & ISO 9001 Quality Certifications and can be done online as well.
