MY GOAL: To help Managers, Informal Leaders, and Technical Experts become more effective and successful leaders through innovative integration of mindfulness practices geared towards better leadership. THE METHOD: A comprehensive online course called Leadership powered by Mindfulness (LpM) is the key to improvement in performance. Once each week for 90 minutes LpM members meet with Dr. Steve and learn new concepts and how to use mindfulness practice to improve leadership skills. YOUR RESULTS: A large body of research findings provides evidence of the efficacy of mindfulness as it applies to leadership development. You'll learn how to engage the “Inner Game” and develop valuable insights into your autopilot behaviors, mind wandering, reactivity, and unhelpful habits. By working the “Inner Game" through the use of mindfulness practices, you will see real-life, noticeable improvements in your “Outer Game” leadership results.
