Uphar aspires to provide a transparent and informative connection between donors and beneficiaries in one of two ways. Donors looking to distribute aid can start helping the needy by registering as a donor while individuals or organizations that require aid can register to find willing contributors. Uphar does not spam its users and neither does it release any personal data.
