UPLB Industrial Engineering Students' Organization

UPLB Industrial Engineering Students' Organization (UPLB IESO) is the sole organization recognized by the Department of Industrial Engineering, College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology that exclusively caters to Industrial Engineering students. It is also a member of the both the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers - National Student Chapter and the CALABARZON Student Chapter. Throughout the years, UPLB IESO has strived to produce competent, skilled, and versatile members though the principles of EFFICIENCY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXCELLENCE. The organization lives by the principle of KAIZEN, or continuous improvement. This philosophy has made the organization what it is today and what it will be in the years to come. UPLB IESO continues to uphold academic excellence, promote camaraderie, and propagate the interests of Industrial Engineering in the society by living the Kaizen philosophy.
