UpLift provides a comprehensive digital program for depression based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Our users go through 12 weekly 40-minute sessions to learn effective coping skills. Between sessions, they use daily tools to apply those skills to their own lives.
We've run a pilot study that shows our program reduces depression symptoms by 52% and we're currently pursuing our goal of helping 1 million people overcome depression.
