The Uplift Center is Eli Walker's social wellness school for leaders, facilitators and individuals offering bespoke social wellness activities, live experience consulting and belonging trainings.
Born from her original Drunk Yoga® phenomenon that swept the globe as the hottest, most renegade wellness trend in 2017, Eli realized that the key to turning a conventionally two-dimensional experience, like a yoga class (or, ahem, a board meeting or Zoom call) into a lively and immersive three-dimensional event that cultivates camaraderie through belonging rests almost entirely in the hands of the facilitator.
As the Drunk Yoga® experience evolved into the Drunk Yoga® Method certification program to help yoga teachers lead more interactive yoga events, The Uplift Center emerged leveraging Eli's same rule-breaking, playful principles that turn yoga into a party to coach leaders and facilitators everywhere do the same–engage their teams and community gatherings with strategic games, storytelling and mindful interactions to help them achieve their organizational goals while building meaningful belonging in the modern world.
