Founded in late 2023 in Frankfurt am Main, UPLIFT is all about helping people stay consistent with their health and fitness in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment. We focus on "Functional Training," with an eye for quality and progression. Our core offering is Semi-Personal Training Sessions (max. 4 members per session), ensuring every member feels valued, supported, and right at home in our studio. We want to empower members with the knowledge and skills to enjoy movement, overcome challenges, and build a positive relationship with fitness for life.
