A little about our Founder and Principal Consultant ⏬️ Ste Stanley is a qualified Executive Coach (ILM Level 7) and Founder of Uplift Executive Coaching. On a mission to support people to define their goals and take action to make them happen, he’s passionate about personal and organisational progress. Ste established Uplift Executive Coaching with the unwavering aim of supporting individuals and organisations to Do More, Achieve More and Be More. He believes in the immense power of collaborative teamwork and understands the nuances of multidisciplinary, matrix management in order to bring about positive, impactful outcomes. With a background as a senior leader, primarily within the civil service on the Isle of Man, he’s held Executive Director and CEO positions and understands the highs and lows, the challenges and opportunities of leadership. Ste is now a multi business founder with a sharp focus on quality customer service and delivering products that make a real difference. He’s a Chartered Member of the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute), an Associate Member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and an Affiliate Member of the CIPD, bringing a wealth of experience in driving impactful change and excellence in leadership.
