The career mentorship programme aims to give aspiring industry women access to an exceptional network of senior female professionals, ones who have already made an impact in the bike business. How it Works The mentorship programme pairs future female leaders with mentors from a hand picked network of experienced women in leadership positions. The mentors will provide invaluable access, insight, guidance and advice that will help future female leaders develop even more successful careers.
