She has over fifteen years of senior management and leadership experience in the private, state and public sectors. She has successfully led teams to attain and surpass organizational goals and is known for delivering results. Over the years she has worked with several of her team members as a mentor, coach and adviser. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching from Open Door Coaching, Australia, Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, U.S.A., and an MSc. in Marketing from Salford University, U.K. She also has a background in psychology having obtained a Bachelors in Psychobiology from New York University, U.S.A.
