Upper Austrian Research GmbH (UAR) is the leading company for research of the federal province of Upper Austria and a key player in research, technology and innovation (FTI) policy. UAR plays a central role in defining a research strategy for Upper Austria that is geared to the future, further increasing excellence in the strategic research fields in Upper Austria and continually developing the province’s research structures.
