Our modern creamery was built in 2005 and our first cheeses, Niagara Gold and Comfort Cream, were successfully launched that December. Located in the heart of the Niagara wine region in the village of Jordan Station, the creamery sits directly adjacent to a rail line that, in the past, would have been used to transport fresh A2 milk every day.
To date, we have grown our cheese family and developed partnerships with grocery chains and retail outlets across Ontario to ensure that our loyal customers can bring home their favourite treat without the drive to Jordan Station.
