Upper State Apartment Association

The Upper State Apartment Association (USAA) represents the upstate of South Carolina in the Multi-Family Housing Industry. Since 1979, USAA has represented members in regulatory and legislative issues that are vital to business operations. USAA continually raises awareness of the industry through outstanding education and public relations, currently representing more than 45,000 units through 228 apartment communities, 93 management companies. and 120 supplier members. Upper State Apartment Association provides members a large network of industry professionals to connect with on a regular basis. USAA offers numerous educational opportunities for personal and professional development. Our National Designations and Certification Classes provide continuing education credits and certifications.
