Upper Valley Aviation

Upper Valley Aviation Ltd. (UVA) was founded in 1982 by pilot Ken Smith. The company operated out of a small hangar with our history of services through a parts yard, offering used parts sales, salvage, aircraft sales, brokerage and storage. In the early 1990s, UVA purchased a second, larger hanger and began offering aircraft maintenance and painting services. Avionics, interior and structural services were added in 2002 when UVA moved into a new 9,600 foot hanger. By 2004, demand for aircraft painting had increased to the point that a dedicated paint shop was warranted, resulting in the “East Hanger,” another 9,600 foot facility.
