Our goal is to help you and your employees to be healthier and happier through optimizing fitness, nutrition, and wellness. We work with people to reach and sustain their health goals through the building of healthy habits one manageable step at a time. There is so much conflicting information on what it takes to lose weight and be healthy and it can feel overwhelming to make that change. We can help clarify the way forward and provide the accountability and support needed to make it happen. I know that obstacles to being fitter are more than just knowing what to do - it’s building the healthy habits into your life. It’s about finding balance- which feels pretty incredible. My own interest in wellness increased after dealing with a health problem and finding that prioritizing my health resulted in more energy to play with my kids and get things done, more productivity at work, a better night’s sleep, and worrying less. I know that change feels hard, but it is worth it. It’s really in my DNA to help people, so if you have any questions about nutrition & wellness, I’d be happy to help.
