The UPSKILLS LEARNING COUNCIL (ULC) is “An International Diplomatic Mission for Education and Entrepreneurship Development “ is an International / Intergovernmental Autonomous & Sovereign Body duly registered in India with Ministry of Corporate Affairs under section 8 vide 20th CI Rule 2014 and approved by the Government of India in the category of extraterritorial International organizations and bodies keeping the ULC Principal Headquarter in India. The ULC is a worldwide body and fully accredited permanent organization established under a charter and constitutional protocol for the Educational Development (Research & Training), Cultural Relationship and Economic Co-operation, functioning in accordance with the United Nations through the United Nations Convention signed in Vienna between the States on Diplomatic Relations on 18th April, 1961 & on Consular Relations on 24th April, 1963 to establish Internal Court and Force to protect its Mission Offices world-wide like a Sovereign Nation. It is growing as a multi-issue Think – Tank institution, having undertaken Cognitive Research networking universities and institutions of every Nations supporting a range of development activities world-wide that pave the way towards equality, economic growth, entrepreneurship development, employment opportunities, improved income and better living conditions. It is a moral duty and responsibility of all the Team Members of the ULC to pay high respect to the applicable Laws and Rules of all member Nations listed in the Consortium of Sovereign Nations and to work together for the accomplishment of laid down objectives for the universal peace and prosperity. The purpose of ULC is to invite, gather, distill, synthesize, and disseminate the best collective wisdom between member states & stake holders to make an even more effective contribution in the creation of a world of education that works for all.
