As women working and developing our careers in the overlapping world of digital + sport, we have always been surprised at the lack of female attendees (or speakers for that matter) at the industry's leading sports business, technology and digital events. When you look for *digital* women in sport, we appear to be even rarer. The numbers get even smaller at management levels. And that’s why we have decided to create Upswing newsletter: To learn from each other To help raise the profile of us/females in this fast-paced industry To connect and support each other Last but not least, to try and help to address the imbalance Ultimately, our aim is to offer something beneficial to all of you women working in the digital sport sector.
