UpTrace (Uptown Contact Trace) is a locally cohesive, governed, and trusted community-based network.
Local neighborhoods and especially at-risk communities need to take charge right now. It is clear from the disproportionate numbers of fatalities and healthcare disparities for people of color, that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated pre-existing systemic inequalities across the country.
Our vision is a decentralized peer-to-peer governance and tech ecosystem based on community trust, compassion and social justice as a comprehensive community solution.

Now as this virus ravages the rest of the country, it's only a matter of time until we may have to deal with this and/or other pandemic-like health challenges again.
