Upward Mobility Fund

We strive to improve the lives of tenants in our multifamily properties. Whether through lifestyle improvement programs, financial advisory initiatives, or direct investment in additional amenities for properties, Gardner Capital cares deeply about those living in our multifamily properties, and we are actively seeking and accepting proposals for new ways for us to achieve that mission. All proposals will be considered, and selected proposals will be eligible for funding up to $25,000. To apply for funding, please fill out the form on the website. Terms and conditions of funding under the Alternative Investments Fund are solely at the discretion of Gardner Capital, and Gardner Capital reserves all rights to refuse proposals for any reason.
