Ur Ed is a platform that guides high school students to explore and choose their field and major of study for a fulfilled career! Moroccan private high schools face a significant gap in preparing students for their future careers, leading to a lack of career orientation, strained relationships between students and schools, and insufficient development of soft skills and real-world experience crucial for internships and college applications, which leads to a college dropout rate of 49% in Morocco. Ur Ed envisions a world where every student, from middle school to university, across Morocco, Africa, and beyond, has the resources, mentorship, and hands-on experiences necessary to confidently choose and pursue their ideal career path. We aim to foster a transformative educational experience that empowers students to succeed academically and professionally, reducing college dropout rates and ensuring they embark on fulfilling careers aligned with their passions and skills.
