URAAN

Uraan is a human-capital -development firm striving to serve the geographical area of Balochistan, which is the largest province of Pakistan, rich with natural resources but lacking proper human-development infrastructure. We aim to empower the youth of Balochistan and create opportunities of financial empowerment for them by maximizing their untapped potential. We aim to create a sustainable-social-entrepreneurial-support system in Balochistan by training and developing our youth, creating a bridge between employers and prospective employees, working on the skill-deficiency of youth to make them most suitable for professional jobs and most importantly, divert youth’s orientation towards entrepreneurship which is the ultimate way of not only creating opportunities for themselves but also for many others.
