Urban Design Architecture is a Level 1 BBBEE Johannesburg based company and was established in the year 2014 by Alarick Joseph which has acquired over 12 years’ experience in the Architecture and Building construction industries. The company is developing at a rapid rate utilizing the contacts and networks created to aid its growth. We provide full Architectural services from sketch design through to technical documentation, Consultation, from inception to site handover therefore monitoring the entire building process. Our value added Site supervision included in our scope of works will ensure our designs are carried through to the very last detail. Our key market sectors include High End Residential Design, Affordable housing residential units, Retail, Commercial buildings as well as Public buildings. Our mission is to be current and on the forefront of not only design but keeping sustainability in our buildings as our driving factors. We are at a point where the industry is driven to think of initiatives whereby we can create a more energy Business Profile of Urban Design Architecture efficient and water preservation building. We believe that we have acquired those skills in order to deliver this sustainability to our end user.
