Urban Imperative

Urban Imperative was a Philadelphia-based organization that sought to facilitate opportunities in cross-cultural, city ministry for teenagers, college students, and young professionals. To that end, we hosted teams, had a robust internship program, organized short-term trips to other urban areas, and worked with college students in a summer program called Real Life in the City. The majority of our work was done between 2004 and 2008 and organically dissolved into a church-planting movement, which was the vision from the beginning.
