Urban Progress GmbH is a project developer and property owner with a regional focus on the city and conurbation of Munich and the urban centres of Upper Bavaria. We build residential and commercial properties that inspire their users. Therefore, we focus on good and appealing design that fits into the local environment. For more than 25 years, planning, developing and building has been a mission close to the heart of owner and managing director Matthias Ottmann. As an equity-strong and owner-managed company with an experienced team that is well networked in the industry, we accompany the development from acquisition to completion and handover to the tenant or owner. We maintain a close and trusting network with companies such as Südhausbau KG, Immobilis GmbH and FWM Bauart GmbH, in part also through social participations. In addition, there is the possibility of participating in existing or to-be-built project companies and projects as a shareholder, hybrid capital partner or JV partner.
