The Urban Equity Collaborative (UEC) is led by a multidisciplinary team of University of Maryland faculty, staff, and graduate students whose research and practice centers on urban inequality, community-based and intersectional research, and urban policy. Our team holds expertise on issues of urban dispossession and displacement that are the center of the collaborative’s work, including quality affordable housing, immigrants rights, and small business displacement.
