UrgentOps was established in 2017 with the purpose of providing charter schools with a range of operations support. We aim to help schools see their way out of a crisis, such as the loss of a key operations team member. We also work with schools to streamline operations to minimize turmoil during transitions. Projects and Trainings If you need support with projects ranging from creating a safety manual to restructuring your operations department, we are here to help. Coaching Do you have an operations lead who could benefit from coaching? Do you want to support their growth from manager to thought partner? We can help! Your operations personnel will be assigned a coach in increments of 6-12 months to assist in developing a leadership mindset. Humans Resources We offer a range of services. Some of our most popular offerings include Employee Handbook review/creation, teacher certification assessment and tracking, staff compensation analysis, culture resetting and DEI assessments and training.
