Ursa Development Group was established thirty years ago. Since, they have built more than a dozen residential and commercial properties, beginning with brownstones, and progressing to the complete revitalization of the Northwest quadrant of Hoboken.
Principals Michael Sciarra and Mark Settembre are from Jersey City and Hoboken, respectively. They have strong ties to the community, and are personally invested in transforming the area from the industrial land it once was, into the thriving residential neighborhood that exists today.
The company has a reputation for building the largest, highest-quality luxury condominiums and rental units on the market, prioritizing high ceilings, full-sized windows, central heating and air, top of the line appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and community spaces, like state of the art gyms, terraces, and rooftop cabanas.
Aside from their residential contributions, Ursa has a vested interest in evolving the community through the creation of parks, playgrounds, and recreational spaces throughout Hoboken. They were responsible for bringing Bow Tie Cinemas, Hoboken's only movie theater, to fruition.
