We are Ursa Minor Consulting Private Limited, a start-up initiative registered under ‘Start Up India Mission’, under the aegis of the Government of India. Our Start Up has been founded and funded by experienced and senior bankers and the company has its registered office in Mumbai.
BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) Sector is the backbone of any modern and forward-looking society. This sector is not only the engine of a nation’s growth but also a provider of the maximum number of direct and indirect jobs. The objective of our start up is to upskill and train the youth of the nation, especially those from the hinterland, in the banking and financial services domain (BFSI Sector).
To achieve this objective, in addition to the founders, some more senior and experienced bankers from the MNC and the Private Sector Banks have come together to impart training and coaching. Our start up offers basic banking and financial services courses which are aimed at providing the aspirants the required knowledge and skill-set in order to be Job-Ready. Inspired by the passion of teaching and the zeal to empower the youth of India, our founders laid the foundation to Ursa Minor in 2017.
