We are the University of Regina Women in STEM Club, better known as URWSC! As we all know, the STEM field is predominantly made up of men, and for us women, it can be difficult adjusting to these norms, much less trying to make a name for ourselves. Our goal in this club is to create a safe space for everyone in the STEM field to thrive.
