US MFG Corp bought 4 manufacturing companies from retiring owners over the course of 3 years '19-'21.
We used that experience to develop and test a proprietary software to allow a network of manufacturers to work together to build a stronger manufacturing base in the US.
We utilize our software for linking, managing, operating and growing the companies.
Our Vision is to build a thriving community of 3,000 innovative, people-centered manufacturing companies where personal growth, financial literacy, employee equity, and technological advancement empower 100,000 employees to shape a more meaningful future for themselves, their communities, and the generations to come.
