We team up with entrepreneurs from the industry to acquire small and medium size manufacturing companies from retiring owners. Then we network them within our proprietary software to standardize systems for growth. US MFG is about connecting and empowering the next generation of manufacturing business owners through an innovative and collaborative network ecosystem. The mission is to build an employee-owned network of small and mid-sized manufacturers across the US. Here’s our story: US MFG Corp bought 4 manufacturing companies from retiring owners over the course of 3 years '19-'21. We used that experience to develop and test a proprietary software to allow a network of manufacturers to work together to build a stronger manufacturing base in the US. We utilize our software for linking, managing, operating and growing the companies. Our Vision is to build a thriving community of 3,000 innovative, people-centered manufacturing companies where personal growth, financial literacy, employee equity, and technological advancement empower 100,000 employees to shape a more meaningful future for themselves, their communities, and the generations to come.
