About USC Rossier Educational Leadership Ed.D
With the EdD Programs team, we are dedicated to fostering excellence in educational leadership and mental health services. Our mission is to empower leaders who can drive transformative change in their communities through innovative and equitable practices. What We Do We offer comprehensive programs designed for professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact. Our flagship offerings include: Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (EDL): This program prepares future leaders to think critically and strategically while applying evidence-based research. With concentrations in educational psychology, higher education administration, K–12 leadership in urban education, and leading instructional change, we equip our graduates with the tools needed to promote equity and continuous improvement in educational settings. Doctor of Education in Mental Health Leadership (MHL online): Designed for those passionate about mental health services, this program provides a dynamic educational experience focused on driving positive change. Through a comprehensive curriculum delivered in a flexible online format, students learn to lead organizations with a commitment to social justice, equipping them to navigate diverse environments effectively. Application Requirements To apply for our programs, candidates must meet the following criteria: Hold a master’s degree, or equivalent, from a college or university that is regionally accredited or recognized by a ministry of education. The institution must have been accredited at the time your degree was conferred. Have a minimum of three years of relevant, full-time work experience related to the concentration of interest.
