With Your Shield - A McMorrow Veterans Initiative is a certificate program offered through the USC Marshall School of Business. The program enrolls Naval Special Warfare service members and their families to support their successful transition into civilian life. The goals for our cohort members are to: • Open up educational and employment opportunities • Prepare families for the psychological pressures of transition and guide both the veteran and spouse as they assume new roles in the household, the community, and the economy • Establish a robust civilian support network for each participant and provide assistance with professional development • Ensure a lifetime connection to the Trojan family—at no cost to the family.
