The User Centered Dojo is an open community in the North East where all roles can come together to practice, learn and meet new people. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where people help each other learn, grow and try out new things.
How the Dojo Works
It’s modelled after the “coder dojo” which is an event focused on hands-on pairing to practice software development. It consists of:
- A short overview of the topic/theme
- Do an example together as a group
- Split into pairs or small groups to do an exercise
- Playback findings to the group and reflect
- Meet and chat with people
Anyone and Everyone is Welcome
All you need is an interest in learning or working with design!
