Fund it Realty is a private Real-Estate lender located in Milwaukee, founded by Michael Henry and Eran Linker. Our focus is on local borrowers with whom we have long acquaintance and who invest in areas that they and we know best. In addition, we aim at parts of the city where development is needed the most. By doing so we help to reduce crime and make the neighborhoods stronger. In addition to funding, we offer ongoing support helping them to fund, manage and complete their real-estate projects quickly and successfully. This activity is managed by Michael, raised in Milwaukee and has over 10 years of experience as a real-estate professional in the area. Our investment (lending) activity is managed by Eran Linker. Eran has 20 years of experience as an investment manager - initially in the capital market as funds manager and in the last 10 years in real estate and real estate debt. Our focus here is on creating an investment structure that enfolds an attractive annual yield with minimum risk, as well as convenient and transparent, to both local and foreign investors. Eran specializes in adjusting the investment structure to the investor’s specific business or personal needs.
