The idea behind constitution of the USLLS International Economic Law & International Relations Cell comes from the increasing interconnectedness of international phenomena due to which there has been an increase in the significance of cross-border communications which in turn has rendered the practical and academic use of a single disciplined and methodologically incomplete studies obsolete. The Cell aims to combine the essential components of International Relations, International Law and International Business. This Cell is an initiative to transform USLLS, GGSIPU into a platform for an active academic conversation between the Institution and the Market on various interdisciplinary fields, not limited to Corporate and Economic laws but also inclusive of Insolvency Law, Banking Law, Securities Law, Taxation, Regulatory Laws, Anti-Trust Law, International Economic Laws, International Commercial Law, International Economic Diplomacy, International Economic Institutions, International Payments Systems, International Investment & Trade Law, WTO Laws. The Cell aims to promote research, discussions and interactions on the given fields of law in different ways with a goal of fostering a skilled human capital that suits the requirements of the current and future corporate world.
