Our goal is to be the Industry Consultants, to be the supplier of choice and to partner with the leading architects and high-end custom home builders in the market. In order to do this effectively, we realize we must be constantly providing the best value for money available in everything we do. This means providing design recommendations and value engineering projects, as well as working to solve the difficult problems throughout the supply chain to final acceptance by the owner. We add value by consulting with our customers so they can add value to their projects and to their owners. We do this by providing industry application knowledge, education on new techniques, tools and products and providing a very wide selection of many different species of the highest quality exotic hardwoods and premium domestic products at market prices. Another way we add value is by providing custom milling and finishing of selected woods in order to reduce the preparation and finish time on site; this can result in substantial cost saving on a project and reduce the completion time when required. Customers are invited to drop by our offices and showroom to see what’s available, make selections and discuss major projects relative to how to reduce cost and increase value for their customers. Our main offices are in Austin, Texas; however, we serve customers all over the United States and select foreign locations. This is often accomplished by drop shipping directly from the mill to the construction site using large “sealed” containers. Alternatively, delivery may be by the truck load or rail car from the POE or mill to the job site.
