Sales agent for ONE Reimer Advantage, and leading supply chain companies. Rick Marshall, started his transportation career in operations at Midland Transport in 1994 while attending Wilfrid Laurier University. After a career progressing from the operational ranks to a corporate manager at CCT Canada, Rick purchased and earned shares of ONE for Freight in 2013. In 2023, after 10 years of robust growth, and the sale of ONE for Freight to a large North American transportation company, Rick founded USMCA Solutions Hub. At USMCA Rick is working to further challenge the boundaries of transportation. He believes there is a almost unlimited value and potential locked up in old ways of doing things and that its his and USMCA's mission to release that potential through holistic transportation solutions.
