Under the inspiration and patronage of St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Vincent Ferrer, commits itself to the advancement of information and communications technology through research, community development and sharing of expertise. Furthermore, it commits itself to be a recognized organization manifesting Thomasian excellence through innovation and experience, all manifesting with virtues of Commitment, Competence and Compassion towards the Church and whole community.
