The Ursimone Wietlisbach Foundation, established in Switzerland in 2021, aims to enable people to live healthy, balanced, and joyful lives. Our purpose is to help shape a world where everyone leads a fulfilling life, characterized by meaning, joy, and shared sustainability. We focus on selected low-and middle-income countries in the Mekong region and Switzerland. We invest in bold ideas, communities and people to champion holistic living, wellness and joy, helping more people live life to the full. Our key impact areas include holistic health and prevention, human development for well-being, and active lifestyles. The Foundation creates opportunities for people to live healthier, more rounded, and more joyful lives. We support research, translate findings into policy, partner with implementing organizations, and use innovative financing. As an organization, we are courageous, empathic, thoughtful and inclusive.
