About UT Arlington - Division for Enterprise Development
The University of Texas at Arlington, Division for Enterprise Development (DED) provides customized solutions beyond traditional education, training and consulting programs. The division offers an array of leadership and organizational development seminars, workshops and interventions targeted to our customers’ needs. These services are conducted online, at our clients’ places of business, and at off-site locations throughout the world. Whether it’s providing leadership training services, sharing insight for navigating government regulations and processes, or creating guidance plans for philanthropic and non-profit organizations, DED is uniquely poised to serve each of these needs and more. Serving over 40,000 registrants per year in the US and abroad, the division continues to extend UTA’s educational resources to improve the quality of life for the people of Texas, the nation, and the global community. The UTA, Division for Enterprise Development was founded as the continuing education branch of the University. That heritage still exists today, as they provide adult education and learning management solutions to government, academic, private organizations, and individuals around the world. Since 2004, the Division has trained more than 450,000 participants in the U.S. and abroad. UTA DED is a highly-functional and efficient team of over 200 employees and more than 125 adjunct instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) distributed throughout the United States, and have experienced grants and contract specialists on staff to administer grants, sponsored projects and service contracts. The University’s Division for Enterprise Development (DED) has a long, well demonstrated track record of providing training for private and public organizations locally, regionally, nationally and internationally for over 50 years.
