UTD Actuarial Student Association

The Actuarial Student Association (ASA) is a UT Dallas student organization that brings aspiring actuaries together and develops their skills to better prepare them for the workforce. We discuss internship and job opportunities, offer chances to talk to industry professionals, and provides lessons on how to use the tools of the trade. We have multiple general meetings throughout the year where we cover topics including Visual Basic, Professional Communication, Applying for Internships, and more. Beyond this, we also organize group study sessions for Actuarial Exams, organize volunteering events, and host actuarial case competitions.
