It started with a simple idea: How can we bring engineering students together to give back to the local community?
Somewhere along the path, this evolved into our three core services:
1) Offering engineering-based solutions for local organizations,
2) Building mentorships with practising consultants,
3) Organizing professional development events for UofT students.
At UTESCA, we believe in combining engineering design and student creativity to solve problems faced by our community today. We give hands-on experience to student teams by assigning them client projects, we pair them up with consulting engineers as mentors and we host events for them to build their professional consulting profiles.
