We specialise in developing faith-based wellness programs aimed at fostering positive mindsets and thought patterns, especially for women, to promote mental health and well-being. Our goal is to contribute to SDG 3.4 by reducing premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention, ultimately enhancing global productivity and contributing to a better world. We provide one-on-one coaching (Virtual or in-person) services and group coaching services. Objective/Mission 1. To encourage women to be more open about their mental health. 2. To encourage women to be committed to mental wellness practices. 3. To guide women to identify their God-given purpose in life. 4. To promote the culture of “being heard” and understood without judgement. 5. To guide women to realise their potential and be the best version of themselves. 6. To encourage women to maintain a positive mindset and cope well with stress. UTHRIVE focuses on three areas: spiritual growth goals, financial goals and wellness goals.
