Sharing knowledge, not hoarding it. You didn’t start your business to play it safe. If you're like me, it was about chasing creative freedom, seizing opportunity, finding real fulfillment—and doing it all on your own terms. We couldn’t find the studio we wanted to work at—so we built it. We grew it, and kept evolving it. Sometimes, if what you want doesn’t exist, you have to create it. When we work together, I listen. Then I get to the point—sharing clear, honest advice backed by real experience. I provide advice and develop strategies for founders and leaders of independent creative studios. Many are in the world of animation, visual effects, and post production. I'm also attached, as an Executive Producer, to creative projects that are finding their feet and in development. I have worked in the Creative Industries for the last 33 years (I know right!) and have experience in the design, animation, advertising, video game, film and television worlds. I co-founded Axis Studios and led it for 24 years, growing, guiding, and evolving that incredible team of creative people, creating an environment for them to make the best work of their lives. Every step of that journey was about learning something new, there was no blueprint and I’d never done it before. That's why I loved it.
