UTS‐01 is a limited liability company operating in Tirana, Albania, founded in January 2007 with legal representative Markel Baballëku. The main purpose of the company is to offer high‐quality services in the field of architecture, civil engineering and environmental‐friendly development. The company has vast experience in delivering complete design projects on several fields, such as urban studies, architectural and structural design, infrastructure facilities and civil, industrial, touristic constructions, environmental risk assessment, risk assessment of existing and/or new infrastructure, industrial plants, mechanical and electrical installation. The company is specialized as well in risk assessment and seismic vulnerability assessment of buildings and other construction works. The company’s every day operational activities are organized around three key working areas: i) structural and architectural design projects and ii) seismic risk assessment and vulnerability analysis iii) urban and environmental management studies.
